3.4 vl77 is required to complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable government-issued identification documents for Philippine residents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vl77 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. vl77 will never ask for your password through any communication channel — any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.

4.3 You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. vl77 accounts are personal to the registered player and may not be transferred, assigned, or made accessible to other persons.

12.2 Upon account closure for cause, vl77 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, vl77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real money deposits, where permitted by applicable law.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting vl77 customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method.
